Creating Myths, Legends, and Fairytales (2-6) - Session 1 with Shane Peterson

In this week-long camp, students will learn about some of the oldest stories in human history and how much these myths, legends, and fairy tales continue to influence storytelling today. We will read and even reenact select myths/legends—from Greek mythology to African folktales to Grimm’s fairy tales—before writing and sharing new stories of our own creation.
Beginning Handbuilding (Grades 7-12) - with Ayla Gizlice

In this two-week camp, students will learn about the art of handbuilding ceramic pieces. The first week will consist of learning basic skills used in handbuilding, like making coils, "humps and slumps", and pinch pots. The second week will consist of bisque firing, glazing, and some final piece creations.
Handbuilding for Everyone (Grades 2-6) - with Mirna Ferreira

For expert and beginner claymakers alike! Build your handbuilding skills in this two-week ceramics camp. Campers will learn to create, decorate, and fire handbuilt ceramics pieces.
Beginning Sewing (2-6) - Session C with River Takada-Capel

In this camp, students will learn to sew by hand and by machine. The week will begin with hand sewing techniques, with students creating dolls and pillows. By the end of the week, students will begin transferring their knowledge to machines to create a reversible bag.
Exploring Writing Styles and Forms (Grades 7-12) - with Zora Medor

In this week-long camp, students will explore popular writing styles and forms utilizing writing games, paired writing practice, and peer critique. Throughout the week, students will work together and individually to create short stories to share with their peers.
Intro to Electronic Music Production (Grades 7-12) - Session E with Jason Mullinax

During this week-long camp, students will gain an understanding of basic electronic music production, including learning vocab, inputting and arranging sounds in computer programs, and different types of workstations. By the end of the week, students will create a composition to present to their peers.

In this week-long camp, Little Campers will learn to explore the joy of colorful animals, objects, and scenes of life! Campers will practice painting, drawing, dancing, movement, and play games along the way.
Theatre Production: Soup to Nuts (Grades 7-12) - Session B with Dr. Lulu Boykin
